• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email/SMS.
• Tracking details (if available) will be shared after dispatch.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and pincode are correct while placing the order. Vednidhi will not be responsible for delays due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to courier delays, location issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Return Policy

No Return Policy We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Replacement / Damaged Product Policy

Although we do not offer returns, we will support you in case of genuine issues.

You may contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

• You received a damaged item
• You received the wrong product
• The package was tampered with during delivery

• Unboxing video (mandatory)
• Clear photos of the product & packaging

After verification, we will assist you with a replacement (if applicable).
