Returns + Exchanges

At Vednidhi, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all our products. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (hygiene-sensitive items), we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

🚫 Returns are not applicable on any products.

Exchange / Replacement Policy (Only if Issue Found)

Although returns are not allowed, exchange/replacement may be provided only in genuine cases, such as:

• You received a wrong product
• The product was damaged during delivery
• The package was tampered with
• The product was missing from the order

Report Time Limit

To request an exchange/replacement, you must contact us within:

24 hours of delivery

Requests after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Mandatory Proof Required

To process an exchange/replacement request, please share:

• Order ID
• Unboxing video (mandatory) (Video must start before opening the package and clearly show the issue)
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Without proper proof, we may not be able to approve the request.

Exchange Approval Process

Once we receive your request:

1. Our team will verify the issue
2. If approved, we will arrange an exchange/replacement
3. Replacement dispatch will be done as per availability of stock

Not Eligible for Exchange/Replacement

Exchange/replacement will NOT be accepted in these cases:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Incorrect address or phone number provided by customer
• Product opened/used after delivery
• Minor color/packing variations due to different batches
• Delay caused by courier partner or location issues
